After thirteen years inside enterprise technology transformation — the kind of work that carries Fortune 500 names and eight-figure budgets — one pattern became impossible to ignore. The mid-market faces the same operational dysfunction as the enterprise, with a fraction of the resources to fix it. The tools exist. The playbooks exist. What is missing is senior judgment applied to a specific operation, with accountability for the outcome.

So we built a different kind of practice. Not a staffing firm that bills bodies by the hour. Not a strategy shop that delivers a deck and disappears. A senior practice that diagnoses what is actually costing you, sequences what to fix, and stays accountable through execution — across construction, government, technology, financial services, real estate, and mission-driven organizations.

We sell outcomes, not deliverables. Most engagements begin with an audit. Some end there — if the diagnosis is clean enough, you do not need us to implement.

Charles founded the practice to bring that same caliber of senior judgment to mid-market organizations that cannot justify a full enterprise consulting engagement — but cannot afford to keep running on duct tape either. He leads every engagement directly.
